Meet Mrs. Repp
Having been a librarian and classroom teacher at the elementary and high school level (and now middle school), I can honestly say that being a teacher librarian really is the best of both worlds!
I’ve lived in the Seattle/Northshore area for almost 20 years, and I can’t imagine living anywhere else. I originally moved here from the South, which is why you’ll occasionally hear an accent when I talk. My husband and I enjoy backpacking, hiking, kayaking and traveling with our son. Our black lab, Eddie, also likes to come on some of our family adventures. When I’m not out in the mountains, running on the Burke-Gilman Trail, or spending time with my family, you’ll find me curled up in my home library with a good book. I have too many favorites to list, but I’m always ready to take or give recommendations!
I have a Master’s degree in Library and Information Studies from the University of North Carolina—Greensboro and my National Board Certification in K-12 Library and Media Services. My undergraduate degree is French Education with a History minor, giving me a wide variety of teaching experience and interests.
